Advanced Electronics Company concludes participation in IDEX 2021 as part of Saudi pavilion

Riyadh, KSA – 25 February 2021: Underscoring its ongoing commitment to driving fast localization in Saudi Arabia’s military and defense sector, Advanced Electronics Company (AEC), a Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) company, today concluded its participation as part of the Saudi pavilion in the International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) 2021 held in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Making its participation a tremendous success, AEC recorded strong visitor interest in the company’s latest military technologies and cybersecurity solutions.

During the five-day event, AEC welcomed several dignitaries, senior officials, and industry leaders to its stand, including His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Mr. Turki Al-Dakhil, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Arab Emirates, representing His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Engineer Ahmed Bin Abdulaziz Al-Ohali Governor of the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), Commander of the United Arab Emirates Navy, Rear Admiral (Pilot) Sheikh Saeed Bin Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al-Nahyan, Major General Rashed Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander of the UAE Air Force and Air Defense and Brigadier General Abdulmohsen Bin Fahad Al-Sudairy Saudi Military Attaché to the UAE, as well as H.E. Dimitri Pantos Minister of State for Military Industries of the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Giuseppe Giordo, Board Member of Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) and a delegation from the British Ministry of Defense.

AEC’s latest military technologies and products on display at IDEX 2021 attracted visitors including key regional government and military entities and defense firms. The company highlighted its services, solutions, and systems in the fields of Electronic Warfare, C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), and Cyber Security, including Radio Over IP System (RoIP), Software Defined Radio (SDR), Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) and Electronic Intelligent Solutions (ELINT).

In addition, the company exhibited its flagship cybersecurity solutions such as Data Diode, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), as well as its advanced technologies including MADAR, Anti-Drone System, and Air Observation System (AOS).
