Fixed Price Contracts
A contract is set up to reflect the delivery of a specific project, often with incentives built in for completing the project on time to the client’s specification. The project is delivered by us for a fixed price with payment due on successful project completion, or the completion of key stages along the way.
Full Project Teams on Consolidated Daily Rates
This is the contract for the delivery of contract resources for a project via a third party supplier or recruitment agency. The agency calculates a blended / standard rate for all resources provided. The client establishes a project plan and defines deliverables.
We deliver resources at appropriate stages in the project, based on this standard rate. Resource levels are flexed up or down depending on the demands of the project.
Unit Priced / Service Level Based Contracts
The client pays a fixed price for a task, level of service, process or product. We deliver against a work order for a number of units, and against tight service level agreements. The work can be conducted on or off-site.
Project Delivery Ownership
This is similar to the fixed price model. A third party supplier or recruitment agency partners with the customer to find and deliver resources for a project on a blended rate. The client retains overall control of the project.
We take ownership of the provision of resources and quality of the final deliverables, operating to the client’s brief. Payment is staged against a deliverable or a fixed rate per day per head.
